CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING POLICY

All Just Frills custom pieces are made-to-order specifically for your child. Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved, custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to sizing.

CHOOSING YOUR SIZE

Once you select your size, you will be provided with the applicable size chart/measurements before production. Please review the measurements carefully before confirming your size. Selecting a size is the customer’s responsibility, and we strongly recommend measuring your child rather than choosing a size based solely on age.

Once you confirm your size and production begins, changes to the size cannot be guaranteed.

CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS

If you provide measurements for a custom-fit piece, please ensure that all measurements are accurate. Just Frills is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements provided by the customer.

IF THE GARMENT DOES NOT FIT

If the finished garment was made according to the confirmed size or measurements but does not fit because the incorrect size was selected or inaccurate measurements were provided, the garment is not eligible for a refund or free remake. If possible, alterations or a remake may be offered at the customer’s expense.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

If Just Frills makes an error in construction or the finished garment does not reasonably correspond to the confirmed measurements/size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and measurements of the garment. We will review the issue and, when the error is determined to be ours, work with you on an appropriate correction, alteration, or remake.

Because every piece is handmade, minor variations in construction are part of the nature of handmade clothing and are not considered defects.

If you are unsure about sizing, measurements, fit, or how a particular style is intended to fit, please ask before placing your order. We are happy to help you determine which size is appropriate.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this sizing and custom-order policy.

SIZING & FINAL SALE

All sales are final. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. A size chart is available upon request, and selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing.

SHIPPING

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Just Frills NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and arrange for packages to be received securely.
